We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Seat/Cupra dealership in Grimsby!
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate about providing world-class customer service.
You must have sales experience.
We will make sure there is a company car available for you from the moment you join our team.
We believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week with every other weekend off.

About You
We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Sales Executive, you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and be able to maximize every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.
As a Sales Executive, you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximize car sales in a challenging, target-driven environment.

Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you the opportunity to attend VW Accreditation Training Courses and continuous internal Training and Support.
We have Customer Delight Executives across all our sites who handle the handovers, giving you more time to focus on world-class customer care and selling more cars.
What we offer:
You must have a valid UK driving license.
Your normal hours of work are shifts between 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, alternate weekends, Saturdays 8.30am to 5:00pm and 10.30am to 4.00pm on Sunday. You will work on a shift pattern to cover the hours required to operate the business. This equates to an average of 41.5 hours per week over a 4 week period.
If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
