A leading SaaS solutions provider in Leeds is seeking a proactive Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative to drive business development in the UK public sector. You will engage with prospects, build relationships, and manage smaller deals, gaining exposure necessary for eventual advancement to Account Executive. The role offers a hybrid work model and extensive benefits including an annual bonus and generous holiday policies.
Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) who has experience in a business development / sales outreach role with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required for an innovative, award-winning, cloud-based SaaS solutions company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Basic Salary (depending on experience) / £40,000 - £50,000 OTE (includes Basic Salary) + Annual Bonus + Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid Working. You can work 4 days from home with 1 day in the office per week or you can work from the office for most of the week if you prefer. However, you must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Leeds (LS10)

Working as the Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll play a critical role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities across the UK public sector, construction, utilities, and infrastructure markets. Working closely with Business Development Managers, you’ll be on the frontlines of the company’s outbound efforts — engaging with prospects, building relationships, uncovering needs, and setting up high-quality sales conversations.
As a Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll also have the chance to manage and close smaller deals directly, giving you the end-to-end exposure needed to develop as a future Account Executive or Business Development Manager / BDM.
