INDUSTRY-LEADING RECYCLING ORGANISATION IS LOOKING FOR A SALES EXECUTIVE / COMMERCIAL MANAGER / PROCUREMENT MANAGER / SENIOR BUYER FOR RECYCLED PAPER.

Position Details

• Title: Sales Executive – Paper Sourcer / Buyer
• Client: A phenomenal opportunity for a driven Sales Executive, Feedstock Manager, Procurement Executive, or Buyer to develop their career with a multi-million turnover industry leader in Paper Recycling.
• Location: The role requires UK travel and overnight stays.
• Package: £40,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £15k first year), car allowance, pension, laptop, and mobile.
• Previous Job Titles: Sales Manager, Business Development, Accounts, Supply Chain, Procurement, Key Account, Commercial, Senior Accounts, Paper Buyer, Feedstock Manager, Sourcer, Business Development Executive.
• Previous Industries: Waste Management, Paper, Recycling, Metals, Cardboard, Shredding, Glass, Polymers, Granulation, PVC, Confidential Waste, Procurement.

Role Responsibilities

• Sourcing a wide range of paper from various businesses across the UK.
• Engaging with waste management companies, recycling organizations, and facilities management companies.
• Winning deals, beating the competition, and closing sales while maintaining strong relationships across the supply chain.
• Selling at all levels, from operational staff to director level.

Experience Requirements

Candidates with a proven track record in sales management, procurement, or similar roles are considered. Ability to communicate with contacts from board level downwards is essential. Developing existing key relationships and creating new ones is required.
