Job Title:

Sales Executive - North UK

The impact you have in this role

As a Sales Executive for our Commercial Solutions Division within the Graphic Market business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

1. Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes, and glass finishes
2. Delivery/ownership of a defined sales quota
3. Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
4. Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing, and technical support
5. Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimized
6. Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

1. Strong sales experience, preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
2. Strong collaboration skills

7. Bachelor’s degree - preferred but not essential

Field-based position covering Northern UK from Leicester to Carlisle

Ideal candidate location

Leeds, York, Harrogate - but will consider other locations North of Leicester
