Sales Executive

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Our client is a market leader in the distribution of high-quality stainless steel and super alloys, serving industries such as oil & gas, automotive, energy, and manufacturing. With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they are looking to expand their dynamic sales team. Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our client's business through the acquisition of new customers and the management of existing accounts. You will have a direct impact on increasing sales of stainless steel and super alloys across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target new business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  3. Conduct product presentations and negotiations with customers, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards for customers.
  5. Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales performance to the management team.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Key Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience within the metals industry.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Package Details:
  1. £30,000-£35,000 depending on level of experience.
  2. Annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
  3. 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday / 08:00-14:30 Friday.
  4. 20 days annual leave + Bank Holiday.
  5. Company pension.
  6. Death in service.
