The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join our popular Mercedes-Benz store, assisting in providing high-quality service to customers and representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading brand in this sales role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We will provide sales process, FCA, and compliance training through our Sales Orientation course and manufacturer-specific training to keep your knowledge up to date.

Who You Are
  • Ensure customers receive positive outcomes from every interaction.
  • Respond to queries from new and existing customers regarding vehicle sales.
  • Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of Marshall and the vehicle brand.
  • Achieve individual sales targets by exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance, insurance, and optional extras.
  • Generate enquiries through prospecting and marketing channels.
  • Maintain specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and participate in regular updates.
  • Manage vehicle handover processes ensuring compliance.
  • Adhere to Marshall and industry regulations regarding vehicle, finance, and insurance sales.

Job Details

Position: Sales Executive - Mercedes-Benz of Blackburn

Location: Mercedes-Benz of Blackburn

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis

Salary: £20,000 basic plus uncapped OTE and a company car

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discounts, and purchase schemes

Bonus Scheme: Based on sales of new and used vehicles
