Salary: £20,000 basic plus uncapped OTE and company car

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to provide high-quality customer service, representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading automotive brands. You will handle the entire customer journey, from initial contact to vehicle, finance, and insurance sales, supported by comprehensive training programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive outcomes for every customer interaction
• Respond to queries regarding vehicle sales
• Guide customers through purchases, delivering outstanding service
• Meet individual sales targets by exploring finance and insurance options
• Generate enquiries through prospecting and marketing
• Maintain and update knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options
• Manage vehicle handovers ensuring compliance
• Comply with industry and company regulations relating to vehicle sales and finance
