We are looking for a Sales Executive at our Mazda Dealership in Tamworth.

Basic Salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of up to £45,000.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Engage every customer, whether in person, email, or calls, about buying a car.
  • Learn about your customers for personalized service.
  • Support in achieving sales targets by assisting customers with new or used cars.
  • Work individually and as part of a team, keeping potential and existing customers updated with videos and check-ins.
The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Maximize sales and profit opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be goal-focused, with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Have at least 12 months of experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
