Job title: Sales Executive

Location: Skoda Reading

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis

Salary: £20,000 basic plus uncapped OTE and company car

The role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join our franchise, providing high-quality customer service and representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading brand.

You will be responsible for the entire customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We provide comprehensive sales process, FCA, and compliance training, including manufacturer-specific courses.

What you’ll do

• Ensure positive outcomes for customers in every interaction
• Respond to queries regarding vehicle sales from new and existing customers
• Guide customers through their purchase, delivering excellent service as the face of Marshall and the vehicle brand
• Meet sales targets by exploring customer needs for finance and insurance products
• Generate inquiries through prospecting and marketing efforts
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options through regular updates
• Manage vehicle handovers and ensure compliance
• Follow industry regulations related to vehicle, finance, and insurance sales
