Sales ExecutiveMarshall SKODA Newbury

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis

Salary: £20,000 basic plus OTE £47,000 and a company car

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discounts, and a purchase discount scheme

Bonus scheme: Based on sales of new and used vehicles

The role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to provide high-quality service for our customers, representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading brand. You will handle the end-to-end customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We provide comprehensive sales process, FCA, and compliance training to support your success.

  • Generate enquiries through prospecting and marketing
  • Maintain knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options
  • Manage vehicle handovers ensuring compliance
  • Follow industry regulations related to vehicle sales
