Our dedicated Lubricant team are looking for Sales Executives to build professional rapport with new and pre-existing customers. By expanding our current team this will enable us to keep up with the current market, whilst also ensuring we are providing the best service possible.
Present and explain products or services to customers.
Schedule deliveries and follow up on after-sales care.
Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers, keeping them informed about market changes.
Update customer records using our in-house CRM system.
Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and sales.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries.
Person Specification / Previous Experience:
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
A background in lubricants / oils is advantageous.
Strong communication skills via email and over the phone.
Familiarity with MS Office packages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to build rapport easily.
