Awards for customer service, and we aim to replicate this success in our low carbon technologies: Solar, Air Source Heat Pumps, and EV Charging. We are leading the adoption of domestic renewable energy in the UK, and invite you to join our Solar or Heat Pump sales teams.

Our smart energy solutions enable customers to enjoy clean, green, and cozy homes year-round. As part of our team, you will sell either Solar or Air Source Heat Pumps. Our leads come from engaged customers who expect our renowned 5-star service, ensuring they are passionate about green energy and eager to take the next step with us.

We seek individuals passionate about our mission and eager to develop their careers. A proven track record of excellent customer experience, strong listening skills, confidence in B2C sales over the phone, a history of smashing KPIs, and a desire to grow are essential. What you'll do
  • Develop and establish your sales pipeline from lead to delivery, meeting sales and order KPIs
  • Explain the benefits of Low Carbon Technologies, Solar, and Air Source Heat Pumps, supported by our comprehensive 4-week induction program
  • Provide exceptional customer service and record feedback in our CRM system
  • Become an expert in finding tailored solutions to help customers future-proof their homes and achieve energy independence
  • Advocate for our technology and communicate its benefits in a clear, jargon-free manner

  • A passion for exceeding targets, with enthusiasm for incentives and commissions
  • A solution-focused mindset and positive attitude, especially when overcoming objections
