Job summary

Lloyd Kia in Workington is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. You will drive sales through test drives, negotiate finance options, and ensure a smooth handover with follow-up calls.

The role requires a proactive salesperson with excellent communication, IT literacy, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work 45 hours per week. A basic salary with an OTE of £50,000 is on offer, plus training and a company car.

Qualifications

• Plan and organise self to meet deadlines.
• Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
• Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
• IT literate (PC, Microsoft and web) and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer buying strategy and encourage test drives.
• Agree price and financing options within company guidelines.
• Follow up deliveries with a personal call to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and organise daily sales activity, contacting prospects for new business.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless service.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to support group aims.
