Job Title: New Business Sales Executive

You will be responsible for promoting our suite of software solutions into the wholesale, manufacturing, and distribution marketplace, aiming to deliver new business sales against an agreed annual target.

The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and the capability and desire to take a hands-on approach with KCS software solutions, including all layered applications, to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive and deliver lead generation and marketing exercises for your market territory, supported by the sales-focused Marketing Department. Use consultative sales approaches.
  2. Lead the business discovery process and present solutions.
  3. Perform initial product demonstrations and take a hands-on approach with the product.
  4. Qualify opportunities effectively.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts over time.
  6. Manage and maintain the CRM system.
  7. Attend and present at monthly sales meetings as required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Proven track record of achieving new business targets.
  • Strong qualification and assessment skills throughout the sales process, supported by methodology and management.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to deliver professional, structured presentations up to board level.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Strong B2B sales experience in ERP software.
  • Experience in the distribution marketplace is desirable.
Special Conditions:

A valid driving license and passport are essential, as travel is required.
