Sales Executive – IT Solutions (Healthcare)

£30k base, £40k OTE (uncapped) + Amazing Benefits
Pocklington – 2 days in office, 3 from home

Our well-established and highly respected client has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious sales professional. This is a fantastic chance to join an award-winning IT solutions provider that helps NHS organisations innovate through cloud, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools. You’ll inherit a defined territory of NHS accounts, working with existing relationships while developing new ones.

Responsibilities
  • Driving sales opportunities across licensing, managed services, and wider IT solutions (not just shifting boxes!)
  • Managing and growing existing NHS accounts while prospecting for new opportunities
  • Meeting clients face-to-face and virtually to scope, qualify, and demonstrate solutions
  • Building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor within your territory
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years’ B2B IT sales experience (solutions-based, not hardware only)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, commercial mindset – comfortable balancing new business with account management
  • Healthcare/public sector experience is a bonus, not essential
