Job Title – Sales Executive – Heathrow Airport

Job Location – Heathrow Airport

Salary – £13,150k basic with a £27k plus OTE

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rental to excited holiday makers and upgrading car rentals that are already booked online.

For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury car, offer better insurance than already booked, provide child and baby seats, and upsell satellite navigation so clients don’t get lost on their holiday.

Our client is the market leader in the vehicle rental sector for holiday makers and businesses, with offices across the globe and at all major airports.

They are looking for passionate, motivated, sales-driven individuals who can help grow the business and drive sales for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer and convince clients regarding the opportunity of integrating additional products to the rental contract.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Manage documents related to vehicle bookings, directly or through brokers, to finalize contracts and the attribution of vehicles following established procedures.
  • Provide clients with correct information to finalize the vehicle rental contract.
  • Record client data and relevant information on the company’s computer system.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and be available to clients.
  • Prepare various operational reports as requested.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to vehicle rentals, billing of debtors, GFA of breakdowns and accidents, and other issues.
  • Occasionally inspect vehicles and manage procedures in case of damage detection or lost items.
