We boast 16 successful practices all over the UK, state-of-the-art facilities, and plans to develop to be bigger and better than ever!

We are currently recruiting Treatment Setters to join our team in our HQ based in Bolton! You will be the first line of response to all enquiries, leads, and incoming calls from our patients, guiding them through their treatments, all the way through the journey to aftercare.

The Role:

  • Speaking with our outstanding patient base at their initial consultation over the phone, social media, or video call to discuss their journey and end results.
  • Hosting video calls with patients to discuss their desired results and recommending clinicians and practices that are best suited to help achieve those results.
  • Working with patients looking for treatment and advising the best course of action for consultations.

The Person:

  • A candidate with experience working in a sales or telesales environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive can-do attitude, with a passion to succeed.
  • Unrivalled confidence when speaking with patients, addressing their queries and questions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Superior customer service skills, with an ability to quickly establish strong relationships.

The Offer:

  • Base salary of £13.00 per hour with uncapped commission.
  • Full-time position (Varied shifts between 8am-8pm including weekends).
