Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative who will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Sales Executive, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Working within a team, and supported by experienced management, you must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with internal departments, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Salary ranges from £25k to £40k (depending on experience), plus a generous, uncapped commission structure. The most successful candidates can expect to progress rapidly and earn £100k+ OTE in their second year.

Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, follow-up calls with senior management, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate senior executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and meet targets.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your prospect database within your assigned industry/territory.
  • Collaborate with managers, risk & compliance departments to onboard clients, build pipelines, and close deals.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls daily.
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and communication tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

And/or

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Confidence to develop skills quickly with full training and support from our experienced management team.
