As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a high-energy, results focused Ecommerce Fulfilment Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive at Zendbox, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from sourcing leads and running discovery to closing deals with ambitious ecommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development – Identify and engage with fast-growing DTC and omnichannel brands in need of fulfilment solutions.
  2. Consultative Selling – Understand the logistics challenges ecommerce businesses face and present Zendbox solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management – Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  4. Sales Execution – Run demos, present Zendbox’s value proposition, and close high-value contracts.
  5. CRM Management – Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in our CRM (HubSpot).
  6. Market Engagement – Represent Zendbox at UK ecommerce events and build relationships across the DTC ecosystem.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a proven B2B sales professional who knows how to sell logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain solutions, especially in the SMB and mid-market ecommerce space.

You’ll Need

  1. 3+ years in 3PL, logistics, or ecommerce fulfilment sales
  2. A track record of success in full-cycle B2B sales
  3. Experience selling into DTC brands, subscription businesses, or retail/ecommerce decision-makers
  4. A strong network in the UK ecommerce space
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  6. CRM fluency (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  7. A self-starter mindset and a hunger to win.
