Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, main contractor, and fit-out sectors.
  • Develop relationships with contractors, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling introductory presentations and manage client meetings via Teams, Zoom, or in person.
  • Qualify incoming enquiries, ensuring accurate handover to the Estimating/Bid Team.
  • Present and follow up on quotations, samples, and technical submissions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to support lead generation via social media, e-shots, and case studies.
  • Maintain all client and project activity via CRM (HubSpot), keeping your pipeline clean, current, and full.
  • Track and report your weekly/monthly activity against performance targets.
  • Support smooth handover to Projects Team post-sale, ensuring a first-class customer journey.
