Job summary

Daytona Motorsport, the UK's leading karting operator, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Head Office in Esher, Surrey. You will own the sales pipeline, convert enquiries into bookings, and drive revenue through corporate events and group bookings.

Based at Daytona, you’ll build relationships with corporate clients, upsell experiences, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Events to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably events/leisure/hospitality.
• Able to communicate persuasively and build client relationships.
• Motivated by uncapped commission and targets.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and maximise sales opportunities.
• Upsell additional products, experiences, and packages where appropriate.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, clubs, and individual racers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Develop repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
