Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines
Position Overview

World’s team brings risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients (small, medium, large) leveraging World’s unique niche. While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you are also empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. World's investments in a broad range of solutions means you can prospect any company of any size to provide value to your client. Imagine the potential.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts
  • Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closing
  • Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential
  • Utilize World's broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
  • Willingness to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, Payroll, and HR outsourcing services)
  • Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from day one to manage an existing book of business
  • Optional but beneficial: experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker, familiarity with agency management software like AMS360 and Epic, experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, and ability to build and present client pitch decks.
Compensation

Your compensation as a World Insurance Producer is performance-based, comprising a base salary plus commissions, along with a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range is $80,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience and revenue generation ability. Your base salary grows as your book of business expands, with significant potential to exceed the top of this range.
