The Role: Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 Basic – £40-55K OTE (uncapped)

Location: Castleford

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working required

Daily Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with customers in the showroom
• Provide a no-pressure sales experience, identifying customer needs
• Complete face-to-face quotes for vehicles based on customer preferences
• Upsell relevant products and finance options
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient delivery of vehicles, managing customer expectations in case of delays

Candidate Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence is essential
• Experience in customer service
• Sales experience or target-driven background is a plus
• Strong rapport-building and customer understanding skills
• Flexibility to work weekends
