We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our BYD dealership in Bradford!

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run businessin the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who arepassionate in providing world-class customer service.

You must have sales experience.

We will make sure there is a company car available for youfrom the moment you join our team.

We believe our working hours are class leading. You willwork 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week with every otherweekend off.

About You
We are looking for someone who is able to listen to thecustomer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit thecustomer individually. As a Sales Executive you will have to be confidentworking to targets and deadlines and been able to maximize every opportunity,converting enquiries into sales.

As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible forgenerating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car salesin a challenging, target driven environment.

Full training will be provided for those joining as atrainee, giving you opportunity to attend manufacturer Training Courses andcontinuous internal Training and Support.

We have Customer Delight Executives across all our sites whohandle the handovers giving you more time to focus on world class customer careand selling more cars.

What we offer:

  • A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000 .
  • Working hours that are 5 days per week.

You must have a valid UK driving license.

Your normal hours ofwork are between 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pmand 10.30am to 4.00pm on Sunday. Youwill work on a shift pattern to cover the hours required to operate thebusiness. This equates to an average of 41.5 hours per week over a 4 weekperiod.

If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad toknow we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
