We are actively recruiting for an experienced Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our team at our flagship Mayfair showroom.

Individuals will be report through our Retail Manager to the Motorrad Sales Manager.

Interested candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:

  • Consistent high achiever, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Guiding the customer through the sales process, from start to finish.
  • Maintaining contact with customers and leads, even after the sale is complete.
  • Operationally strong and organised to process all sales leads via telephone, email, website enquiries and walk-ins.
  • Organising and assisting with test rides.
  • Working towards individual and department sales targets.
  • Ensuring all admin and paperwork is accurately recorded.
  • Job requirement is dependent on holding a Full and valid motorcycle License
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service, with an attitude of always exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with autonomy, in a highly compliant sales environment, following strict guidelines supplied by the OEM.
  • Strong communicator at all levels with all stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate our brands and products via digital appointments. Motorrad product knowledge an advantage.
  • Be a real leader in Premium sales.
  • Ability to establish, build and nurture strong relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Be able to attend local events on site and off site, this will include evenings.
  • Represent BMW Park Lane and our brand values.
  • Strong in prospecting and enquiry management.
