Location: UK (Remote, with occasional local and regional travel)

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional to join our team and drive new business growth. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of proven success in software and professional services sales, who thrives on hunting new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals in a fast-evolving market.

What You’ll Do

  1. Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across various sectors.
  2. Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through outbound activities and networking.
  4. Educate prospects on how automation and AI can revolutionize their business operations.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions and ensure client success.
  6. Represent Jaam Automation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  7. Report directly to the Founders.

What We're Looking For

  1. 3–5 years of successful sales experience in software and professional services (automation, SaaS, or AI experience is a plus).
  2. A proven track record of exceeding targets and closing new business, with strong references.
  3. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—passionate about winning and growing accounts.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. A passion for technology, innovation, and business transformation.
  6. Based in the UK with the ability to travel for client meetings and events.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Circa £45-50k base salary + £45-50k OTE (dependent on experience)
  2. Uncapped commission accelerators for overachievers—your sales volume directly increases your earnings!
