Job description

Role: Sales Executive

Location: Audi Oxford

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis

Salary: £20,000 basic plus OTE £45,000 Uncapped and company car

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount for servicing and popular retailers, and a purchase discount scheme

Bonus scheme: Based on sales of new and used vehicles

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join one of our popular franchises, providing high-quality service to our customers and representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading brand.

You will be responsible for the entire customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We will provide sales process, FCA, and compliance training through our Sales Orientation course and manufacturer-specific training to keep your knowledge current.

What you’ll do
  • Ensure customers receive positive outcomes from interactions
  • Respond to queries from new and existing customers about vehicle sales
  • Guide customers through their purchase, providing excellent service as the face of Marshall and the vehicle brand
  • Achieve sales targets by exploring customer needs for finance, insurance, and extras
  • Generate enquiries through prospecting and marketing efforts
  • Maintain knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular updates
  • Manage vehicle handovers, ensuring compliance
  • Follow industry and Marshall regulations related to vehicle, finance, and insurance sales
