Job Description:

This role is based in the UK with remote/flexible working options. It is a full-time position with our client, a provider of engineering and risk management solutions. The company seeks a Business Development Manager to foster growth in the Renewable Energy sector, focusing on Wind, Oil, and Gas (both onshore and offshore). This key commercial role involves building long-term client and channel partnerships, delivering tailored asset reliability and maintenance solutions, and supporting the transition toward a more sustainable energy infrastructure.

• Base salary from £50,000

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage strategic relationships in the Wind, Oil, and Gas sectors
• Identify new opportunities across projects, regions, and accounts
• Lead the preparation and delivery of technical proposals and bids
• Coordinate with internal teams for project handover
• Produce profitable quotes aligned with customer needs
• Support long-term sales strategy and pipeline development
• Oversee technical sign-offs and peer reviews on proposals

What You’ll Need

• Degree in engineering or related field (Chartered or Incorporated status is a plus)
