Job Summary: Rackspace is seeking dynamic, driven, ambitious sales professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join the Rackspace Enterprise New Business sales team focusing on complex solution opportunities. The primary responsibilities include full sales life-cycle management, such as prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, negotiating, responding to inquiries, developing leads through outbound calling and events, and closing deals with clients having complex server configurations. Candidates should have strong negotiation skills, work well under pressure, and meet sales quotas. They should be able to present via WebEx, face-to-face, and phone communication.
