Location: Home-Based with Travel | Regular visits to Northamptonshire Office

Salary: Basic Salary Dependant on Experience + Discretionary Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a globally respected leader in warehouse automation and intralogistics, for a Sales Executive to join their growing UK Projects & Equipment (P&E) team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware sales professional to contribute to the delivery of mobile racking projects for high-profile clients across sectors such as Online Retail, Food, and Manufacturing. You will work closely with internal experts and senior sales leaders to help drive revenue and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the sales cycle for mobile racking projects from lead qualification to final proposal.
• Proactively identify and engage with new prospects within your designated region.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and visits.
• Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, supporting business development goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Applications, IT, Project Management) to ensure strong, customer-focused solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client workshops.

Key Requirements:
• Degree-level education (2:1 or above preferred); business or logistics background advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales or commercial roles, ideally within warehouse equipment, racking, or automation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret customer data to inform sales solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable with UK-wide travel and a full, clean driving licence.
