Salary – £17k basic with a £24k OTE

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling and upgrading car rental to holiday makers and local customers.

For example you will upgrade online bookings to a luxury car, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child and baby seats and upsell satellite navigation.

If they are a walk in customer you will recommend a car and upsell extras.

Our client is looking for passionate, motivated sales driven people that can help grow the business and drive sales for the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality rental service
• Meet customer requirements
• Up sell the Company’s services and products
• Achieve targets
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard
• Coordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability
• Handle all telephone enquires in a polite and helpful manner
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

• Have previous experience as a sales consultant or sales executive
• Able demonstrate excellent sales skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Experience of achieving sales targets
