Join us as a Data Sales Executive and make an invaluable contribution to our Food Safety & Biosecurity! We are in search of a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding Knowledge Solutions team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of big data and contribute towards our mission of delivering critical insights to our global clients in the Agri-Food sectors. Please note this role is a Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity Leave.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Proactively generate new leads and account penetration via cold calling, email/LinkedIn marketing, and networking.
  2. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and prospects.
  3. Demonstrate excellent customer service, proactively addressing client needs.
  4. Revive and cultivate relationships with lapsed clients.
  5. Collaborate with our sales partners/agents in the UK, US, and Australia.
  6. Work in conjunction with other business units to promote our products and ensure seamless customer transactions.
  7. Become a trusted product expert and a pivotal point of contact for customers.

Requirements include a strong understanding of the sales process, experience with social media marketing and online sales lead generation (especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator), familiarity with CRM systems, and experience in a customer-facing role within a technology/digital/data company. The ideal candidate is independent, team-oriented, knowledgeable about subscription and web-based services, and possesses excellent communication skills. A results-oriented mindset with a strong eagerness to close deals is essential.
