An established Motor Garage near Worthing is seeking a dynamic Used and/or New Car Sales Executive. The successful candidate will bring a proven sales background within the Motor Trade, possess excellent communication skills, and drive performance in a competitive sales environment. This position offers a basic salary of £13,000 to £16,000 with uncapped commission potential significantly enhancing overall earnings.

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence.

Job Role – New or Used Sales Executive

Job Location – Worthing, West Sussex

Basic salary £13,000 – £16,000 plus commission (OTE is 40k plus – uncapped)

Used and or New Car Sales Executive Role:

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
• You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
• You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• You must be smart in appearance and well organised

Additional Requirement:

• To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales
