About the role

• Sytner Select Wolverhampton has an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or sales.
• As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
• Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends to ensure we provide the highest levels of service.
• Salary includes a very achievable OTE of £35,000, with additional benefits such as subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About you

• You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit.
• Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
• Applicants should have customer service experience within a retail environment as a threshold level of prior exposure and participation.
