Are you a confident and proactive Sales Executive with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing manufacturer and supplier in the skincare and packaging industry.
As part of this ambitious and supportive team, you'll play a key role in driving sales, managing accounts, and helping grow the business through exceptional customer service and commercial insight.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to new sales enquiries via phone, email, and website live chat
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients
  • Producing quotations and raising sales invoices
  • Ordering packaging and print materials from suppliers
  • Preparing and dispatching skincare product sample packs
  • Supporting new and repeat product orders to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborating with Account Management and Production teams
  • Attending client sales meetings (in-person and via video call)
  • Identifying upselling and growth opportunities with existing clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project details


You'll Also Occasionally Support With:

  • Stacking and wrapping pallets
  • Opening and closing the shutter door
  • Greeting couriers with deliveries and collections


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or account management
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and email
  • Experience with Adobe software (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
