ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ an Office Based Sales Executive to work with an established client as part of a high performing team within a rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant energetic sales team with excellent support structure.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in outbound prospecting across various markets to seek out new business opportunities
• Drive account development with good relationship management skills
• Manage incoming queries and orders, working with appropriate departments to resolve customer queries, orders, and complaints
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products to existing accounts
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Personal Profile

• Previous experience working in a customer service role within a manufacturing business would be beneficial
• Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel
• Previous experience of using CRM software would be beneficial
• Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work
• Full Clean Driving Licence
