We use the latest technologies like Next.js, React.js, and AWS cloud hosting to create scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital products. Our collaborative approach ensures that we deliver results that truly make a difference for businesses of all sizes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at Devtrios. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales activities, and business development.

What You Will Do:
  1. Build and maintain a pipeline of SMB & mid-market accounts in target verticals (tech, retail, finance).
  2. Source decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Product, Digital Leads) via LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase.
  3. High-Velocity Outreach:
  4. Execute 50+ touches/day across email, phone, LinkedIn InMail, tailored to Devtrios’ service lines.
  5. A/B test messaging to maximize reply and meeting-booking rates.
  6. Qualify & Book:
  7. Conduct brief discovery calls to confirm budget, timeline, and technical fit.
  8. Schedule 8–12 qualified Zoom or on-site meetings per week using HubSpot Meetings/Calendly.
  9. CRM Management:
  10. Log every interaction in HubSpot within 24 hrs; keep stages, next steps, and notes impeccably up to date.
  11. Perform weekly pipeline hygiene audits to resurrect stalled or cold leads.
  12. Sync daily with AEs to refine ICP, pitch decks, and objection handling.
  13. Present weekly SDR metrics (touch volume, reply rate, meetings booked) and lead continuous-improvement huddles.

Compensation: 100% Commission-Only

  • Commission Rate: 10% of first-year contract value for every deal sourced and handed off that closes
  • Accelerators & Bonuses:
  • Quarterly “Top SDR” bonus pool for highest number of qualified meetings booked
  • No Cap: Earnings are uncapped, your upside is entirely in your hands.
