Job description

To take ownership of delivering a first-class customer experience to all parties involved in purchasing a new home from Taylor Wimpey. Ensure sales meet or exceed targets and maximize profit for the business.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of the development, presentation, and entire purchase process.
  2. Act as the reference point for the purchaser and all internal and external interested parties from initial contact to sale completion.
  3. Promote and facilitate the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure efficient service and meet purchasing deadlines.
  4. Meet all administrative and reporting requirements according to company policies and deadlines.
  5. Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR, and marketing events proactively to generate the right sales pipeline.
  6. Identify target customers, create appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
  7. Perform inspections, introduce customers to their new homes, ensure familiarization, and provide aftercare at specified intervals post-move-in.
  8. Maintain health and safety standards for customers, colleagues, and other parties on-site, in accordance with legal and company policies.
  9. Adhere to company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual.
