This is you: a self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills, a persuasive 'people-person' who enjoys engaging with all types of customers, and eager to elevate your business development potential.

What you’ll be doing

You will undergo thorough training to master our products, take pride in them, and confidently sell to customers using your sales skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at their homes or utilizing our remote selling framework
  • Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales
  • Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly, and cross-selling where appropriate
  • Working with customers to meet their unique needs and ensuring first-time right delivery

What we’re looking for

You should be self-motivated and confident in communicating with customers at all levels. You will be:

  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Flexible with your workload and working hours
  • Consistently delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ideally experienced in Home Improvements or a similar field
  • A driver with a full UK driving license and your own vehicle
