Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

1. As a Sales Executive with WBAC, you will primarily buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch. You will be the main point of contact for our customers.
2. Contact customers and prioritize your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
3. Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Liaise with the back office and work colleagues effectively.

Requirements:

1. A current full UK manual driving license.
2. Experience in a target-driven environment.
3. Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
5. Organizational and prioritization skills.
6. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
7. Excellent administrative and IT skills.
