Riverain Lodge is a stunning collection of 72 one and two bedroom retirement apartments, enjoying a beautiful riverside location, within easy walking distance of the town centre of Taunton.

About the role

As our new Sales Executive, you’ll make a real difference in customers’ lives by introducing them to independent retirement living. You’ll proactively contact interested customers and provide expert advice on their purchase and lifestyle.

  • Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and positive experience from enquiry to move-in.
  • Based on-site at the Welcome Centre, responsible for achieving sales targets and understanding the development to assist customers in calling it home.
  • Show apartments using a well-equipped show home centre, with resources like floor plans, interior options, and removal services.

You will work with a dynamic sales team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, and external partners such as estate agents and solicitors to support sales progression.

About you

Preferred candidates will have experience in customer service-driven sales, ideally within the retirement or new homes market. You should demonstrate excellent relationship skills, independence, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.

Your calming, supportive manner will help ease customers through their decision-making process. You should also be professional, responsible, tech-savvy, and hold a valid UK Driver’s Licence for off-site visits.
