Overview

Sales Executive – Lexus Swindon, Swindon, UK

Salary: £19,750 - £65,000 yearly

Centre: Lexus Swindon

Responsibilities
  • Listen and talk to customers to uncover their needs and build trust and rapport
  • Be curious to learn and become fluent in Lexus’s products and services to use knowledge in sales conversations
  • Match customer to product and maximise opportunities through features and add-ons
  • Guide customers, advise them, and adapt to their buying strategy while demonstrating suitable options
  • Encourage customers to experience the product through test drives
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved along the customer journey
  • Maximise opportunities for sales leads via multiple channels: follow-up calls, enquiries, walk-in customers and online queries
  • Maintain a results-focused approach with a focus on solutions
  • Be open to change, new processes and ideas to credibly respond to customers and qualify expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to provide seamless service and ensure follow-up by appropriate experts (e.g., Fleet sales)

Experience And Skills

  • Previous experience within an automotive sales environment
