Job description

To take ownership for the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all parties involved in the purchase of a new home from Taylor Wimpey. To ensure sales meet or exceed target and profit is maximized for the business.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation, and the entire purchase process.
2. Become the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from the first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
3. Promote and facilitate the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for the customer to meet purchasing deadlines.
4. Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
5. Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR, and other marketing activities proactively to generate the right sales pipeline to meet targets.
6. Proactively search for target customers, create appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction at levels required by Taylor Wimpey.
7. Conduct inspections, introduce customers to their new home, ensure familiarization, and provide aftercare following move-in.
8. Ensure health and safety of customers, colleagues, and other parties on site in accordance with legal and company standards.
9. Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the sales manual.

The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday work.
