What's the role about?

Field Sales Executive

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000/annum + Car + monthly bonus opportunities and incentives - top earners receiving bonus of £1000 per month(!) on average

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Central London

We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to represent two leading vaping brands—ELFBAR and Lost Mary—while taking full ownership of your territory, representing TPD compliant vape products that remain available under UK regulations. You’ll be working with and selling directly to independent store owners, helping to increase brand visibility, boost sales, and expand our reach in your region.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong drive to learn and grow in a new role. Whether or not you have previous experience in sales or the vaping industry, we’re seeking someone who is motivated by success, ready to take charge, and excited to develop their career!

What will you be doing in the role?

  • Visiting independent stores across your area to promote and sell ELFBAR and Lost Mary.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase product availability and visibility in stores.
  • Hunting for new business—finding new stores to stock the products and expanding the brand’s reach and success in your region.
  • Taking full ownership of your territory, using your entrepreneurial mindset to drive results.
