Lookers Stoke Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly team on site. You will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide first-class customer service.

As a Sales Executive, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will join one of the top automotive retailers in the UK and report to Neil Beer (General Sales Manager), who will support your professional development and help you establish a strong career within the industry.

Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand customers' wants and needs.

Responsibilities

1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
2. Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
4. Negotiating the final price for the sale
5. Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to hit targets, so ambition and hard work are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always looking for new talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
