Snows Toyota is looking for an energetic, focused Sales Executive to work in our showroom in Southampton. Although experience would be an advantage, a willingness to listen, learn, and succeed is a must. You will need to have delivered exceptional customer experience and have a desire to spend quality time with customers, building rapport and selling all our products. Full training will be given on our cars and systems.

As a Sales Executive, you will be accountable for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, guiding them towards the most appropriate product, and closing the sale.
Your day will include:
- Demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding, and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
- Agreeing on the price and payment method, including any finance arrangements, directly with the customer, within company guidelines.
- Participating positively in training and development opportunities to help the Group achieve its aims and objectives.
- Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability meets customer expectations, placing orders, updating customer records, and scheduling any additional work or services before delivery.
- Following up each delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining contact to build relationships and encourage future business.
- Planning and organizing daily selling activities, such as telephoning prospects to generate new business.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless customer service.

Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (1 hour for lunch & a day off during the week)
- Saturday 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
- Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 (1 in 3 rota)
