  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into opportunities

  • Keep CRM and stock records accurate and up-to-date
  • Deliver outstanding service while managing customer stock levels
  • Hit the phones daily — grow revenue through new and existing client outreach
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to close deals and drive territory growth
  • Make confident, persuasive outbound calls to warm and cold prospects
