If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves providing customer-centric sales advice and support, working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts, and managing the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and estate agents.

Our homes are designed to meet the needs of various homebuyers, including first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsizers, and investors. Every touchpoint in the customer’s home buying journey is crucial, and you will be committed to delivering a 5* customer experience every time.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling: Meet with clients, assess their needs, and qualify prospects. Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.).
  • Administration: Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Maintain the customer enquiry database. Complete and distribute all required documentation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
