Sales Executive - Bourne - Attractive package

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Executive with immediate effect for our industry leading client based in Bourne, just north of Peterborough. Our client is looking for a Media Sales Executive to join their successful team with immediate effect.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining a client base by building strong relationships with new and existing clients with a view to exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Developing a good understanding of the industry you are working within, including competitor knowledge and where we sit within the market.
  • Creating new revenue opportunities within the market, coming up with ideas and marketing solutions for existing and new clients to help both the client and increase revenues.
  • The opportunity to evolve to face-to-face meetings which would involve national travel.
  • Managing relationships within the industry, and following campaigns through to ensure they deliver what has been agreed with the client.
  • Having a consultative approach with clients, listening to their needs, understanding their marketing campaign and creating a solution to meet the client goals.
  • Negotiating rates, terms and contracts with clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients, at all times, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
