Your role Basic salary starts at £24,570 plus uncapped commission
£35,000 OTE (Uncapped) What you'll be doing

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Executive within our r2c Online division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Maintenance line of business and is located in our Sheffield office.

In this role, you will be working within a high performing team, as a Sales Executive, on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be key in growing r2cs commercial presence by bringing in new business partners and by successfully prospecting, selling and on-boarding new clients.

How We Work


As a Sales Executive, you will be based from our Sheffield office (near Meadowhall), 5 days per week

Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5.00pm.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the r2c Online platform and generate product demonstration bookings.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of the r2c Online platform.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ideally you will have experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
